The SIM card provider has fixed the issue on their side, and all Karie devices now work as normal.

Investigating - På grunn av en feil som oppsto hos SIM-kortleverandøren mandag kveld, vil enkelte Karie-dispensere kunne oppleve forsinkelser knyttet til oppdatering av innstillinger og medisinplan.

Utmating av medisin og varsler fungerer som normalt uten forsinkelser. For dispensere i vanlig drift er derfor ingen tiltak nødvendige.

Feilen påvirker omtrent 10 % av dispenserne og er merkbar kun i forbindelse med oppsett av nye dispensere eller endring av innstillinger og/eller medisinplan. Dersom dere opplever slike forsinkelser anbefaler vi midlertidig å ta kassetten ut og inn igjen og/eller trykke ⚙️ > HJELP OG SUPPORT > SE ETTER OPPDATERING for å trigge en oppdatering av dispenseren.

Dignio beklager eventuelle ulemper som følge av feilen. Vi kommer tilbake med en oppdatering når vi vet mer.

Due to an error that occurred at the SIM card provider on Monday evening, some Karie dispensers may experience delays related to updating settings and medication plans.

Dispensing medication and sending notifications are functioning normally without delays. Therefore, no action is needed for dispensers in regular operation.

The issue affects approximately 10% of dispensers and is noticeable only when setting up new dispensers or making changes to settings and/or medication plans. If you experience such delays, we recommend temporarily removing and reinserting the cartridge and/or pressing ⚙️ > HELP AND SUPPORT > CHECK FOR UPDATES to trigger an update on the dispenser.

Dignio apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the error. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
