Resolved - Feilen ble løst rett før midnatt i går, torsdag.

Det tok noe lengre tid enn forventet å løse dette, da det skyldtes uventede konsekvenser av en konfigurasjonsendring hos telekomleverandøren. Vi beklager eventuelle ulemper som har oppstått. Vi er i dialog med leverandøren for å unngå at noe lignende skjer igjen.

Investigating - På grunn av en feil hos telekomleverandøren kan det oppstå forsinkelser dersom innstillingene og/eller medisinplanen oppdateres på Karie.

NB! Utmatingen av medisiner blir ikke påvirket og varsler om glemt medisin og andre hendelser vil bli varslet som normalt. Det er altså dersom dere gjør endringer i Prevent at dere vil kunne oppleve forsinkelser. Vi beklager ulempene dette medfører.

Leverandøren jobber med å løse feilen, og vi forventer at det vil bli løst i løpet av relativt kort tid.
