Onsdag 4. November kl. 10:00 oppdaterer vi Dignio Prevent. Det er ikke ventet noen nedetid under oppdateringen. Informasjon om innhold i oppdateringen vil bli sendt ut i et eget nyhetsbrev.

On 4th of November, Dignio Prevent will be updated at 10:00. No downtime is expected during the update. Information about the content of the update will be sent out in a separate newsletter. If you have any questions about this update, please contact your local Customer Support contact.

Karie og Karie Duo: Forsinkede varsler i Dignio Prevent / Delayed notifications in Dignio Prevent
Resolved - NO: Forsinkelsene på varslene er nå utbedret, og fra kl. 15:00 var alle varsler på plass i Dignio Prevent. Vi beklager hendelsen.
SV: Förseningarna av larmen är nu åtgärdade, och från kl. 15:00 fanns alla larm på plats i Dignio Prevent. Vi beklagar händelsen.
EN: The delays in the alerts have now been resolved, and from 15:00 all alerts were in place in Dignio Prevent. We apologize for the incident.

Identified - Karie og Karie Duo: Vi har hatt en feil som har ført til at noen varsler fra Karie og Karie Duo har kommet forsinket inn i Dignio Prevent. Feilen oppsto rundt kl. 21:00 i går, 29. oktober 2026. Dispenserne og utmatingen av medisiner har fungert som normalt og uten forsinkelser hele tiden.

Vi har rettet feilen, og varsler sendes nå som normalt igjen. De fleste forsinkede varslene er allerede kommet inn i Prevent, og de siste vil være på plass i løpet av kort tid.

Dignio beklager ulempene, og kommer tilbake med en oppdatering så snart alle de forsinkede varslene er kommet inn.

Karie and Karie Duo: We have experienced an issue that caused some notifications from Karie and Karie Duo to be delayed in Dignio Prevent. The issue began at approximately 9:00 PM yesterday, 29 October 2026. The dispensers and the dispensing of medication have worked normally and without delays the entire time.

We have fixed the issue, and notifications are now being sent as normal again. Most of the delayed notifications have already reached Prevent, and the rest will arrive very shortly.

Dignio apologizes for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as all delayed notifications have arrived.

Resolved - Norwegian: Feilen har blitt løst, og det er ikke lenger forsinkelser knyttet til kommunikasjonen med Karie.

Investigating - Karie-dispensere opplever forsinkelser knyttet til oppdatering av innstillinger og medisinplan.

Utmating av medisin og varsler fungerer som normalt uten forsinkelser. For dispensere i vanlig drift er derfor ingen tiltak nødvendige.

Feilen er kun merkbar i forbindelse med oppsett av nye dispensere, ved endring av innstillinger og/eller medisinplan, eller ved trigging av utlevering av glemt medisin og reiseutmating fra Dignio Prevent. Dersom dere opplever slike forsinkelser anbefaler vi midlertidig å trykke ⚙️ > HJELP OG SUPPORT > SE ETTER OPPDATERING på dispenseren eller å ta kassetten ut og inn igjen for å trigge en oppdatering av dispenseren.

Dignio beklager eventuelle ulemper som følge av feilen. Vi kommer tilbake med en oppdatering når vi vet mer.

Karie dispensers experience delays related to updating settings and medication plans.

Dispensing medication and sending notifications are functioning normally without delays. Therefore, no action is needed for dispensers in regular operation.

The issue is noticeable only when setting up new dispensers, making changes to settings and/or medication plans or when dispensing a missed dose or travel dispense from Dignio Prevent. If you experience such delays, we recommend temporarily pressing ⚙️ > HELP AND SUPPORT > CHECK FOR UPDATES on the dispenser or removing and reinserting the cartridge to trigger an update on the dispenser.

Dignio apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the error. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
