Konsekvenser:
- Mobili-dispensere fungerer som normalt offline, og medisiner leveres ut som planlagt.

We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues affecting several Mobili dispensers due to challenges with a telecommunications provider. We are monitoring the situation closely.

Impact:
- Mobili dispensers are designed to operate offline and will continue to dispense medication as scheduled.
- Notifications from affected dispensers will not be received until connectivity is restored.
- Re-filling on dosing dispensers will not function for affected devices while the network issue persists.

Resolved - Alle varsler om glemt medisin har nÄ kommet inn i Dignio Prevent. Det umiddelbare problemet anses dermed som lÞst.

I henhold til Dignios kvalitetssystem vil vi gjÞre en grundig rotÄrsakanalyse og komme tilbake med informasjon om hva vi gjÞr for Ä hindre at tilsvarende situasjoner skal skje igjen.

In accordance with Dignio's quality system, we will conduct a thorough root cause analysis and report back with information on what we are doing to prevent similar situations from happening again.

Investigating - Karie og Karie Duo: Vi har en pÄgÄende feil som gjÞr at varsler om glemt medisin ikke vises i Dignio Prevent. Feilen har pÄgÄtt siden i gÄr, 28. mai. Vi har funnet ut hvorfor varslene ikke kommer frem og jobber med Ä lÞse feilen sÄ raskt som mulig.

Utmating av medisin fungerer som normalt uten forsinkelser, men det vil ikke bli varslet om doser som ikke blir tatt sÄ lenge feilen vedvarer.
Status pÄ dosene i pasientenes medisinplan i Dignio Prevent vises imidlertid fortsatt riktig, og det er mulig Ä fÞlge med pÄ om doser blir glemt der.

NÄr feilen er lÞst, vil doser som ble glemt mens problemet pÄgikk vises i Dignio Prevent.

Dignio beklager eventuelle ulemper som fÞlge av feilen. Vi kommer tilbake med en oppdatering nÄr vi vet mer.

Medication dispensing continues to function as normal without delays. However, alerts for missed doses will not be generated while the issue persists.

The status of doses in patients' medication schedules in Dignio Prevent is still displayed correctly, and it remains possible to monitor whether doses are being missed there.
