Resolved - Microsoft Azure has resolved the connectivity issue, and our services are now running without delays/instability.

For our medicine dispensers, the issue affected the sending of some notifications earlier today (at approximately 10:00 local time in Norway). All of these notifications have now been re-sent (at 13:00 local time in Norway).

Investigating - Microsoft Azure Networking has an ongoing issue with connectivity, and this might affect some of our services. For the time being, all our services seem to be running, however delays and instability might occur.

Our medicine dispensers have local memory and will keep dispensing as planned, even if they lose network connection.

Resolved - Apotek1 løste problemet med overføring av medisinplaner i løpet av fredag forrige uke, og overføring av medisinplaner har siden dette fungert som forventet.

Medisinplaner som ble produsert innen problemet ble løst på fredag vil imidlertid fortsatt feile, og vi vil fortløpende kontakte alle kunder som er påvirket for å rette opp i problemet manuelt.

Vi beklager igjen ulempene dette har medført.

Investigating - Vi opplever for tiden en feil med overføringen av medisinplaner fra Apotek 1 som påvirker noen av kundene våre med Karie medisindispensere. For dispenserne som er berørt vil utmatingen stoppe opp ved første pose i den nye rullen.

Dispensere med manuelle planer eller planer fra NMD er ikke påvirket.

Vi tar kontakt med alle kunder som er påvirket, slik at vi kan rette opp i problemet manuelt. Vi jobber parallelt med Apotek 1 for å løse rotårsaken. Vi beklager ulempene og gjør alt vi kan for å løse problemet så fort som mulig.
