The SIM card provider has resolved the issue, and most of the dispensers have now automatically connected to the network. The dispensers that are still offline are expected to connect on their own within the next few hours.

The case is now closed, and we ask that you contact Dignio Support if you continue to experience network issues with your dispensers.

Investigating - Flere dispensere har mistet tilkobling til nettverket.

Dispenserne vil fortsette å mate ut som vanlig, men det vil kunne komme varsler om at det er usikkert om medisinen er tatt. Dette bør følges opp manuelt ved behov.

Dersom ny rull skal installeres i dag, kan det oppstå vanskeligheter med å laste ned ny medisinplan. Skulle dette skje, kan det hjelpe å slå dispenseren av og på igjen eller eventuelt koble den til mobilt WiFi.

Several dispensers have lost connection to the network.

The dispensers will continue dispensing as usual, but there may be notifications that it is uncertain if medication has been taken. This should be followed up manually if needed.

If a new roll is to be installed today, there may be difficulties in downloading the new medication schedule. If this happens, restarting the dispenser or connecting it to mobile WiFi may help.

The issue is due to temporary problems in the infrastructure or mobile network and will likely resolve itself for most dispensers within a few hours without any action required. We will provide further updates if the situation changes.
