Resolved - Problemet hos leverandøren av SIM-kortene som brukes i Karie er nå rettet, og dispenserne fungerer igjen som forventet uten behov for tiltak fra kundene. Med andre ord vil oppdatering av innstillinger og medisinplaner nå frem til dispenseren uten forsinkelser.

Leverandøren vil vurdere tiltak på sin side for å unngå at noe lignende skal skje igjen.

The issue with the supplier of the SIM cards used in Karie dispensers has now been resolved, and the dispensers are working as expected without any action required from customers. In other words, updates to settings and medication plans will now reach the dispenser without delays.

The supplier will assess measures on their end to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Investigating - Enkelte Karie-dispensere opplever forsinkelser knyttet til oppdatering av innstillinger og medisinplan.

Utmating av medisin og varsler fungerer som normalt uten forsinkelser. For dispensere i vanlig drift er derfor ingen tiltak nødvendige.

Feilen er kun merkbar i forbindelse med oppsett av nye dispensere, ved endring av innstillinger og/eller medisinplan, eller ved utlevering av glemt medisin og reiseutmating fra Dignio Prevent. Dersom dere opplever slike forsinkelser anbefaler vi midlertidig å trykke ⚙️ > HJELP OG SUPPORT > SE ETTER OPPDATERING på dispenseren, eller å ta kassetten ut og inn igjen, for å trigge en oppdatering av dispenseren.

Dignio beklager eventuelle ulemper som følge av feilen. Vi kommer tilbake med en oppdatering når vi vet mer.

Some Karie dispensers experience delays related to updating settings and medication plans.

Dispensing medication and sending notifications are functioning normally without delays. Therefore, no action is needed for dispensers in regular operation.

The issue is noticeable only when setting up new dispensers, when making changes to settings and/or medication plans or when dispensing a missed dose or travel dispensing from Dignio Prevent. If you experience such delays, we recommend temporarily pressing ⚙️ > HELP AND SUPPORT > CHECK FOR UPDATES on the dispenser, or removing and reinserting the cartridge, to trigger an update on the dispenser.

Dignio apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the error. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
